lovely blocks ladies! I'll add the latest ones to the gallery.

Jump on over to the F&F board. Many have already rec'd their blocks and some are posted together. its so nice to see them like that!

Fyi, I'm going to run a short boom, 4 weeks, while the S&E group finishes up. If anyone is interested, look for the post here: http://www.quiltingboard.com/member-...l-t242676.html

That is awesome Bee, thank you!

In the time that I've been incommunicado, I did manage to get more blocks done, even if I'm still way behind where I wanted to be at this point.

For old_rosebud, this is supposed to be an Aunt Dinah block:

For groovy pieces, I don't know if it has a name, but your instructions mention it was for a man's quilt so I thought something simple and bold would be appropriate:

For jannie, your fabric looked like kite tails so I went looking for a block that made me think of a sky full of kites:

For dungeonquilter, this is called a brasstown star:

I hope to get one more block done today and then its another week of craziness at work and maybe an actual weekend off where I can do some more blocks.

Good Monday Morning everyone!

Just catching up on all the posts here. Love all the blocks. So many being posted now! And....surprise....2 blocks for me from Gaijin and Terriamn. Both beautiful! Thank you both! I am shipping out all the blocks I have made for Boom 11, S&E and the Repeat Boom I am in on March 20 to each coordinator. I made 36 blocks in all (a few 2nd blocks). I have so much enjoyed this experience. I will have 28 blocks for this quilt. My goal is to have it finished om June 1st. I will share it with all my fellow Boomers.

While I am waiting for blocks to arrive, I am participating in the March-April Table Mat/Runner Swap....spring flowers theme.

Go...Quilting Board! Love you guys!
