Since the fabrics are all the same print, I think it would look pretty neat with all the same color for each star. It would be more dramatic. It looks more scrappy like this, but I really like the mixed up colors too. Hmmm - I guess I have another idea for a scrappy quilt. Great job! I want to see it when you are done!

its me again I needed to be more specific I think you can swap the blue and the yellow red That would be the order I would put them

Agreed! And/or eliminate the floral in favor of the other pattern that is repeated in several colors....if you have another color in this pattern. This is a beautiful beginning!

Yours will look better than the one in the magazine I think. Love your colors! Just a heads up, if this is the Star Flowers quilt, they have a correction for the yardage of white fabric.
