That's really neat. It looks as if the snowmen blocks may be flannel. Did you mix flannel blocks with cotton fabric???

Yes, the snowmen and snowflakes are flannel and the log cabin blocks are homespun. The red corner blocks were yet another odd cotton that just happened to be right colorwise. The backing was chunk of a wide weave that I picked up somewhere/sometime. For fun quilts like this I pretty much look at color rather than types.

Stunning. Now I know what I will do with those panelsthat have been sitting in the Christmas pile for years. Is it a pattern that you followed or did you make it up?
