Default Bloc loc rulers

After reading all the positive comments about the Bloc loc rulers, I checked out their web site. Wow are they pricey, which size would be the best to start with; the most used?

I would like to know which size to buy also. Thanks for this thread. I will be watching. I wonder if the price will go down if we wait a few months?

if you are looking to be frugal, get a bigger one, I think there is one about 6 " that I find really useful. The small ones can not make a bigger HST but a bigger ruler can make a smaller HST. Do I make any sense at all???
I love my loc block rulers but I do not need the little ones.

I purchased the ruler a few months ago using my birthday money. I bought the longest one but wish I would have gottened the short one first. The only thing I don't like about it is it isn't marked with the measurements. So that said I had to adjust to a new to me type of cutting. I will be getting the short one also because it really is easier on my hands. Good luck making your decision. Sorry I think I got this confused with the Slide lock ruler used to cut straight cut edges. Oh well, these are nice also.

I bought a set of three sizes 2, 4 and 6 inches. So far, I'm using the largest one most often. Great rulers though!

Love that you don't have to lift the ruler or move the block piece. I think this may be the set I bought.

Is this one ruler with three markings or three rulers?

I think Mrs Derf is talking about the Slide Lock rulers for cutting. These are a totally different thing from the Bloc Loc rulers. I doubt the Bloc Loc rulers will go down in price as they have been around for quite awhile already.
