Also last night, I could open the attachments and now I can't. I am wondering if gremlins are living in the computer or not, this XP thingey has me nervous. Thank you again.
I couldn't open the attachments either.

Thank you, flyingin. I will try again. As I indicated, I figured out what to do. I really liked the center of the last one as well as the way it went together, the way the fabric stacked. I finally figured out to applique some of these centers. Much easier than piecing but sometimes this wasn't possible. These fabrics are so wonderful. Hopefully, this will work. Okay, when I hit the post button, I only have three on my monitor. Then when I reviewed it I had five. I have no clue, but will hit again and see what happens.

Quilter 65 your quilt is absolutely awesome! I saved those patterns for that "someday". I wish now I had bought the fabrics and made the quilt. How much extra fabric did you buy for your log cabins? I think the log cabins really add to your quilt.

Colors can be a challenge to me and I just like this colorway so much that I picked up fabrics for over a year with this in mind. I did not do this monthly. I waited until all the patterns were out and then I started in. So the blocks are 14" finished and there are only the last two logs who use that length, but I couldn't really tell you how much I used. They are only 1 1/2" wide to start. So really not that much. I CAN tell you that I have several pieces to do something with as they didn't fit in to the vision after all. Ironically, I had purchased several pieces that went with the peacock fabric, but only ended up using 4 or 5. The rest are from other lines.
