if you are computer savvy you can find it all for free! I fell like many of the magazines repeat a pattern with new colors. It is also very easy to find used magazines at the library or garage sales.

The first issue of Block magazine is available on the website as a regular item (with shipping charged for it). Here's a link:
http://www.missouriquiltco.com/shop/...4-vol1-issue-1

Have there been only two issues so far? Or three?

I subscribe to Block and buy others off the rack when I see one I like. I go to Barnes and Nobles once every month to look through all the quilt magazines. I buy different ones each time. Some may not have the quilt patterns that appeal to me every month. I suggest you read quilt blogs. There is wealth of info on quilt blogs. Patterns, tool demos, tutorials, reviews, how tos, and new fabric lines. The blogs are much better then a magazine because they are updated about everyday.

Quilter's Newsletter for me. Been subscribing for about 15 years now and I agree, it gets better and better each year.

I've never heard of Quilter's Newsletter. Going to have to check that out. Thanks for the tip!
