Thanks Piecemaker! .... The photo doesn't have it looking as nice as it does IRL IMHO. When I get it quilted, I hope I can get some better pics. The metallics in the two block borders and the outer border really make it dance, without shouting at you. I am quite pleased with it and am anxious to see it after quilting. The quilting has not happened only because I am not sure what I want to do .... plus of course, that four letter word of TIME!

I made one once with an alternating fabric between posies plus sashing, and used the original fabric as a border. I was trying to stretch the quilt out, though, so some of my design decisions were based on necessity:

And I like your "stretch-and-grow" concept and results!

Not to busy for a quilt at all! I would use black sashing for a dramatic overall look.

How about sashing in white with cornerstones of black or green?

Think BATIK..This is a wonderful quilt...It just needs you to decide if you want BRIGHT or not...
I think black does wonderful but picks up lint as a quilt. Yellow would make a statement!

I agree with the other posts. I just completed a big block quilt of large bright flowers. I would use a pale yellow or cream., each block will stand on it's own.
