Elisabrat--what size squares did you use for your last border (ribbon)? I am guessing it is 6" finish (so 2 in squares)??

gosh wish I knew where the posts are could someone help sustraley? think these are posted on the last two to three pages for May. I did this round entwined from the quilters board. it did NOT work with my quilt however (20 blocks later before this marvelous discovery came to me.. but it was a pretty round and will use it on another quilt. I am now doing a simple block round of four blocks of darker blue fabrics with white. I am working on two round robins currently having just finished one. I will post that round so all can see the big wild excitement that I get into. again its a pleasure having everyone play and share their work. I can honestly say I am in love with that Christmas quilt.. swoon. so many eye candy choices...

Sustraley the last border I did should be posted on 6/1...I just posted early because of the long weekend and thought there may be ladies that would like to sew on their quilt if they had a long weekend off work.

Brat, So sorry to hear that you have the new and improved Windows 8. I have been struggling and cursing for over a year now. Everything takes more clicks and takes longer. I would switch in a minute if I could be guaranteed an easier system. But.... on your pictures....I wonder if you are using the tiles or the desktop to access your photos. I find it is a lot easier to use the desktop portion of Windows 8.

I am finished with the Medallion top. I just couldn't get the last couple borders to work for me, so went to EQ7 and designed my own border..lol I like it, so that's all there is to that.. Thanks Brat & Jaba for all your hard work getting this together.

Oksewnsew--great finish! I didn't have enough fabric to do the border I wanted to, so found one last night on quilterscache.com that will work. I hope to get a good start on it this afternoon (finishing school with my kids now).
