Sending Whigrose her block today. I ran late on it cause I sewed my finger while threading my needle. Just one time but it went in near cuticle & out the back side. Lucky my DH was home cause I couldn't look at it!! He jerked it out quickly & then the throbbing started!!!! Owwwwwww

I received a wonderful gift block from dotty today. She said it was inspired by the Rose Garden at the NY Botanical Gardens. Those gardens must be beautiful. This block is beautiful. I can imagine fairies fliting between the leaves. It's magical.

Two lovely blocks in one month. They are perfect. I can't wait to see how this quilt grows.
