Very good experiences (notice the plural). One time they sent the wrong fabric and immediately replaced it with what I had ordered. They did not want me to return the fabric that they sent by mistake. Now that is the best customer service in the world.

I looked up their dies, and all of them are on sale below accuquilt's site. I did not think anyone could put the dies on sale. I wonder if they aren't clearing them out and soon will no longer will carry them. I love their free shipping over 35.00 so I bought 5 dies!!

I have never had anything but excellent service from fabric.com. I also have never had any complaints about the fabric I received. My only concern is that I can't order more of it - ran out of room.
