That quilt is definitely a treasure of beauty, talent, patience and perseverance .......and more than I would ever fathom doing....it is certainly deserving of ribbons and AHHHs.......what are you planning as your next project?

I read the title, then saw the quilt and started laughing 1/2" hexagons what were you thinking? Amazing, beautiful, words can not convey the awe and inspiration of your quilt. Would I try it, never. I admire your tenacity for creating such an incredible quilt a definite heirloom.

My eyesight would not let me work with pieces that small on such a large project. You have done a beautiful job and someone is going to have a delightful heirloom quilt. Way to go.
