Here's Terri R's block ... Indian Mats. Pattern: http://www.quilterscache.com/I/Indian%20MatsBlock.html

I probably won't be able to get any more done today since I have to start supper (meh!), but plan to start back again in the morning.

Checking in to see all the new blocks posted and to let you know I and my husband will be buzzing off to meet up for the Beatty family reunion in South Carolina at Litchfield Beach. Each year the families travel in from points far-flung to bunk into an old 2-story beach house that we reserves year after year.

I thought I would get one more block finished and posted (would bee number 9-halfway point) but just could not fit it in between packing and going over things with my brother who will be staying at our house while we are away.

I will have my I-Pad and will be checking in daily to keep up with all the fun here. When I return on the 14th....back to the sewing room.

Happy Independence Day America and to each of you. There is never a day goes by that I am not reminded of how priceless our freedom is and how sacred are those who defend our freedom everyday! My father was a World War II veteran and was so proud of his country!

Wishing everyone a wonderful holiday filled with joy, peace and time with those we love!

See you back on the "block"....buzzy bee!

Wow! Thank you Moonrise for the beautiful block! So far all the blocks that have been made for me are so beautiful. Thank you all so much. I need to take pictures of what I have finished. That will be done this afternoon.

Very pretty, thanks!

Here's mollymunchkin's block. I'm not sure if it has a name. It came from my imagination.
