Yes--do share how you did that faster--I've stalled out with other projects stepping in. But love the look with pastels--I went with the ones Bonnie showed--part of my decision to do it was that I had scraps for all the colors except enough orange.

Oh wow, just beautiful! I did mine in Bonnie's colors, I find it hard to choose other colors when it is a mystery. I'm about 1/3 done quilting mine on my DSM! I've done her last four mysteries, and they have all turned out beautiful.

I didn't find a faster way....I just did them the way she showed us. I made the king size and it took forever and a day...well it felt that way anyway. LOL

I have done a few of her mysteries as well. I love her quilts. I own most of her books. I know it's always a risk to change the colors...but I just went with what I had and I am pleased with the result. the worst that could happen is that I would have had a blended quilt......all of that work for nothing. LOL
