This sounds very interesting; can you post a picture of the bath mats or a link for a pattern please? It sounds like a great idea.

This year it's neck coolers (summer will return), Kleenex pack holders, Kleenex box covers, place mats, pot holders, hot pads, plastic grocery bag holders, quilt topped hanging dish towels, door mice, quilted key rings, and ornaments. There are a couple of full sized quilts in there too.

I'd really like to see the bath mats/throw rugs patter too hsweany.

Fabstripper, I found a picture on Pinterest, but no pattern. I just measured my towel and made a top for it. I used scraps to make blocks and bricks. I pinned the top to the quilt and just stitched in the ditch. I just used scraps to make the binding and did that as usual. I'll try to post a picture later. Hope this helps. I think next time I'll do a prettier block.

I would love to see or know how you made the quilt topped hanging dish towels as well as the quilted key rings! Do you have pictures or a link? Thanks.

All my sister in laws travel a lot, so I am making them nice travel repair/sewing kits. I wavered between these or a travel accessories organizer. My sister and youngest brother are getting quilts. That would mean now all my siblings would have one from me.
