Post I need some advice/opinion on my quilt border

    Hi, everyone:

I made this quilt top recently (I had to use different fabric for the narrow border since I run out the material). I am thinking of adding a wider border to it. I have some leftovers that can be used (option-1) or I can make an easy one option-2). Which one you'd prefer? Any opinion is welcome. Thanks for looking. have a wonderful summer.

this is the quilt, the second picture is option-1 and the third picture is option-2

I like #2, it's going to be lovely either way.
Looking forward to seeing finished pictures.

A border is a place to rest your eyes from the beauty and excitement of the main part of the quilt. I vote for #2. A very nice way to finish it off. The quilt is beautiful.

In my humble opinion I like #2 as #1 would make it look to busy. Wonderful quilt, I really love it. What is the name of that pattern?

Default here is where I got the idea for this quilt. I don't know the name of the pattern.

I like #2 . It doesn't detract from the quilt itself, but adds an elegant frame. No matter which one you choose to go with, it is a beautiful quilt.
