My plastic template is a 16" with tiny 4" blocks to make one big block. I made one of these a while ago. Very time consuming. I found this pattern in 1000 any size blocks. The book comes with a CD and lets you choose the size block you want. I made it 12". Much more simple and the quilt was done in no time. I got the book at JoAnn's.

That's VERY pretty Jaba. I love fall colors. Trying to decide what colors to put with my new fabric. It has burgundy, deep purple, 2 shades of green and 3 shades of gold. I saw 3-4 other bolts on the web site that I would LOVE to have also but buying a bolt at a time takes up a lot of space to store them! The last bolt I bought I was able to make 3 queen size backings out of it and still have about 5 yards left so its worth it! Now to decide on a "perfect" pattern for the fabric! Im always ready to start a new swap!! LOL

Beautiful fabric. I, too am not a stranger to Fabric4Less. I found a perfect Christmas fabric to be used as backing for the Sampler made with blocks from this Swap. Bought the bolt....great buy! Will use it for backing on placemats and table toppers, among other holiday gifts. $3.21 per yard!

AND they have all the brand name producers you could want...I know its a lot of one fabric but so worth the price if you find one you can use on several things. Im going to order a bolt of the 108 backing that I will be able to use on a lot of quilts! Im really pleased with them!

Hi Everyone.....

Getting close to the day when all those beautiful blocks made for me will be arriving in my mailbox. I am all packaged up and ready to mail to Janice tomorrow! Will PM tracking number after Post Office drop. It has been a great Swap. Enjoyed swapping with many of you for the first time. Getting excited about seeing those squishies coming home!
