Default Estate Sale Find-Help

I bought a bin of these zip lock bags full of fabric cut for aprons as marked on the bin for $5.00. I looked at them and thought I'd never seen an apron like this but I'd figure it out. Well, I can't! Has anyone ever seen one made like this? I figured I could use the fabric for quilts or something else but I would like to honor the woman that went to all the work cutting these.

I'm imagining the 6x30" piece is for the loop that goes around the neck and one of the 45" long pieces is for the waist ties, but the 3rd one is a mystery to me.

Then again.....
I can't tell, but is the pie-shaped brown section covering a green same-shaped piece? If so then perhaps it is 'lined' in the green. I did one like this that folded the 90 degree angle point over so that the green shows to the front, making a contrasting detail that can be folded the opposite way -- brown to the back -- to make the apron reversible.....like this:

Maybe the third strip would be used as a ruffle on the bottom of the apron?

Jan, I like that idea. Yes, there is a solid green under the printed piece to make it reversible. I should have also said that all the strips are doubled except for the smallest one. That extra piece just baffles me, it's not big enough for a ruffle. Oh, what if the small strip was the neck band, fold down the point like you did and then the 10" wide pieces could be a ruffle around the bottom ? Now that almost makes sense to me.

How about the 45" pieces are for the 2 side ties? If you cut the 45" in two, it only makes a 22 1/2" tie. It might fit around your waist, but I can guarantee, it won't fit around mine, not with tying a bow.
