What they said! The quilt is gorgeous, and the quilting really makes it. Fabulous job! And I absolutely love orange, so that's just icing on the cake for me.

That's exactly what I was thinking! I'm sure they would love to see such a spectacular quilt made from all their beautiful fabrics. Really superb work!

I found a spiral stencil at The Stencil Company and marked the whole quilt using that. Then I layered, pinned, and started quilting with my walking foot but found that to be difficult. So I did the whole thing on my Juki and a free motion foot. Much easier, and just followed the lines. I did have to backtrack now and then, but I used 100wt silk so you don't really notice the backtracking at all!!!
