What a beautiful block you made for me Barb. I love it. My sincere apologies go out to those who received a pattern from me for this swap that required using many 2 1/2 inch squares to achieve a 12 1/2 inch block. I know it is difficult to keep the stitching from eating up the fabric - making the block measure short of the required 12 1/2 inches - something I did not realize until I started making them myself.

I love doing the Swaps.....I will pay close attention to this matter in the future.

My sister is helping me make your blocks and I think I have her hooked on our group. In 2 days we have 7 blocks done. If you count Mama Houser it would be 8. we are working on getting the rest done tomorrow Sat. I will post pic when we are all done.

I guess I must be really easy to please on block sizes. Yeah some of the blocks I have gotten were not exactly 12 1/2. They were off a little. I just made it work. If I had one that was an inch off then I would add to it. No quilt is perfect.
The deadline date is October 15th. So if you mail by that date or before....I will definitely have them in my hand by October 17. I will sort and Mail them right back out and you should have them all back in your hands bu th 21 or 22. Does that help all of you. Don't stress, no worries.

Hello Fellow Boomers!

I will be mailing out blocks on Friday! My heartfelt thanks to DiFergi who helped me finish up my blocks for this Swap! Finallly getting moved into our new address and sewing room is back to being operational. I hope to post photos of all blocks over the weekend.

Barb, I will PM you with new address. Will also be on return envelope. Thanks to all of the Repeat Boomers for swapping with me and for the beautiful blocks you made for me! I will finish this quilt as my first project ....back in the sewing room....missing my machine!
