I just want to wrap myself in it! Beautiful. The colors are so calming.

Very nice. Is this the Eleanor Burns pattern? I just ask because it looks somewhat like the one I am making...colors and all

It's beautiful. I love how you didn't match the stripes on the outside squares, makes it more interesting.

How to make this quilt (smaller blocks though) was on Fons & Porter today on PBS. A great quilt/colors!!!

Just went to Fons and Porter PBS website and this is what they are calling their quilt:

Simple construction of these Cubbyhole blocks makes a great study of lights and darks. Mary and Marianne stress cutting accuracy and a consistent quarter inch seam for the success of creating this pattern. The quilt was designed and constructed by Marianne Fons and quilted by LuAnn Downs. Cubbyholes is featured in the July/August 2014 issue of Love of Quilting.

This is a quilt that I would love to cuddle up in on a cold winter night in front of a fire. Very nice.

I just cut I think 5 inch blocks and then used 2 1/2 inch strips. No pattern just put it together. Thank you for all your nice comments.
