    Someone asked about the binding. I use 2 1/2 inch - sew it on to the back side (folded) using 1/4 inch, I iron the backside of the binding then flip the binding to the front, apply washable elmers glue/iron it in place all away around then I bring it to the sewing machine and sew 1/4 inch. Sometimes I use a fun stitch and other times a straight stitch. Depends on how long I want to sit there and sew. Using the glue is key to making it all the same. I have no problems with my needle going through it.

    Know what you mean about deadlines. I will start things, and put them on the side, for another brainstorm, and without a deadline, well, you know they will get finished one day. I love the fabric combination, it is a beautiful quilt.
