Your question mark indicates a question. I'm sure that's a typo, isn't it?

I've asked them before to let me use a 40% off a fabric on sale------------and they've done it, they just write up the ticket for full price and then take off 4 0%. A bit less than a dollar per yard on most fabrics.
    Don't bother asking at Joann's.

I am lucky to have Hobby Lobby close by and I am in there buying fabric often. Mine has a very good selection and it is of very good hand. I have found such cute fabrics there to make my DGD little dresses and tops that she loves. I can spend hours in that store.

I love Hobby Lobby for the fabrics and the home decorations. I don't know what I would do without this store.

I also like HL. I don't have one here, however when I go to Prescott I try to stop there. They are great. Always take a coupon from online.

The nearest store to me is about 40 miles. So, I hardly ever go. The prices are comparable to LQS but the quality is about like Walmart

I don't "love" what they "stand for" nor will I shop at one.

Colorful1 I don't understand your comment. About the fabric, I like the quality of most of Hobby Lobby's fabric. Not everyone can afford to shop at most LQS's. $12.99 and above just doesn't fit into my budget. If the LQS were the only place I could purchase fabric, I would have to quit quilting. Just my humble opinion.

This thread would probably be shut down if we digress into religion or politics and believe (forgive me if I am wrong) Colorful1 is referring to HL's stance on key divisive issues involving both.

I'll buy fabric online before I shop at a HL.
