My aunt received and opened her package. She said she was ( Sobbing) as she gazed, held, caressed, took pictures of it. I called her the day after she received it & we had a* whopping* 35 minute phone call. It is on her bed & she said she slept better that night than she had in a long time. 
she had been feeling such a long way from family- so alone. It reminded her she is not alone & is loved. Very happy!
Now, to get one made for my dear Uncle & other Aunt ( can't have them feeling jealous, or less loved)

*Suz* I too love Edyta's designs, have 2 or 3 of her books, the Spring Bouquet quilt I really loved, but really thought it was too ( flowery) for anyone I knew- started it with no idea what I would do with it when finished. Turns out I was Wrong! I'm now hearing from friends saying they love ( wanted) it...

Wow CK, you did an amazing job on that quilt. I am so glad you came back and told us your aunt's reaction to it. I too am a big fan of Edyta's designs and her fabric creations for Moda. She is very talented. Can't imagine cutting out all those pieces.
