Wow! What bounty, Jan! Quilty-Louise you did a wonderful job putting together this swap. Adorable canning jar PC! And such an eclectic bunch of notions you added. You are a blessed lady, Miss Jan!

Belfrybat I love love that pretty blue Mousie from SewExtremeSeams. It is so so cute, and the needle book with pretty flowers is so nice. That is a pretty blue color thread, yummy candy, and some relaxing yummy tea. Very nice package.

Louise that is a very nice package you sent Jan. That is such a cute idea for the pincushion on the little canning jar. Did you paint those colors on the little jar? I haven't seen any already with colors on them. The needle book is so pretty, and very useful too. You have her all kinds of tools ready for her to get busy. lol.... They are all nice. I like seeing the handy stiletto you made. I could have used one the past few days. lol..Nice pockets and compartments in the needle book. Those word search books are good to have around when having to wait somewhere too. My mother always had some around. I have one in my purse pocket right now. My husband keeps the crossword puzzles close by. I do them too.

Jan I am sure this perked your day up, and sorry that you had a rough one.

Jan, sorry for your rough day, but I bet you got cheered up.
Cute little mousie, nice needlebook and thread and candies.
bought thead today, no one believes the prices of thread, how expensive it is, it's crazy.
Louise, what a beautiful package you put together there. beautiful work,
beautiful useful gifts too. I need to get those little beeswax for my swap packages again. I can't
find them at JA's anymore. any idea where I can get them?

great sewing gifts everyone. I love seeing all the ideas everyone is coming up with. a lot of creativeness!

Thanks everyone for the compliments on the package I sent
to Jan.

Susan - No I didn't paint them they are little plastic flower buttons
that I found at Wal Mart in the "button" section.

lynnie - I get my little beeswax in packs of 5 from JHittle Sewing
3 packs of 5 for $7.99. in order to see the pricing you have to sign up
for their newsletter and you get weekly emails for the special. GREAT
PRICES!!!! too.

Belfrybat - I PROMISE to post photos of my awesome package tomorrow.
It has been the crazy week from 7734 at work. There is only 5 of us total
(that includes the owner), but one guy is out due to emergency surgery on
his elbow from an injury last week bowling. The boss has been in UT all week
making sales calls, meetings with customers.
That just left me, the new guy (about 2 months now), and the warehouse guy
to do all the work.
It took me ALL week to get the checks deposited for all 3 businesses
(my boss owns 2 other companies). THANKFULLY we do online banking, so all
I have to do receive the checks against the invoices than run them through the
check scanner for deposit.

Let me tell you I am SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO ready for this week to be over!

Talk to you all later, time to start this Friday.

Such a cute swap that Belfrybat got from Sew ExtremeSeams. I love the cute mouse and the very springtime needlecase and all the other goodies. Dwina I hope you and your DH and your FIL are better today. I know, more snow. Mine is coming late Saturday, Sunday and Monday. Louise that was a great swap that you sent Jan. I love the purple yoyo flowers. I had never thought of making them out of tulle/netting. The needlecase is just so personalized. Lots of extra goodies too.

The tulle flowers was purchased from Hobby Lobby is their
wedding floral section. They have little crystal rhinestones
in the center.

But I HAVE (and do on occasion) make yo-yo's with tulle.
