You are sure showing some nice fabrics!
Have a question for all of you. What do you sew when you just want to sew a little something just to be sewing? any suggestions?

I like to sew pillowcases (love them to wrap gifts in for kids-then they can use so it is a 2 for)-10 minute table runners, zipper pouches, tissue holders, pot holders -all this stuff I can keep on hand for last minute gifts

love that package! love your ideas bullock2us also! so lets see: I sew mug rugs (angel lol) and I like to do table runners also as gifts but usually not 10 minute ones. for me I cant get it right and it wrinkles too easy plus I prefer to have batting in everything. I am a piglet on my own table and would hate to have someone ruin theirs because well I made it too thin. just me. that's why they call me brat. Its a lot more work however lol. I also love to make regular sized coasters for mugs or water glasses. Lets see I love making ornaments for Christmas because if I wait til Christmas its just too late to make them. too much other stuff to do. I give my kids an ornament each year and get special requests from friends. One had me make her a fish (random) and then a bustier which was even more random I tried to convince her to do something else but NOOO she wanted busts showing in this one so I said ok your call and made it for her. She has a daughter who is gay and wanted something that showed this for her. ok. fine. hoping this year its more uh vintage bunnies or smiling cola bears or something like that lol. I can figure that out. for my sis she always gets a felt ornament with snowmen on it. she loves snowmen. totally loves them. so you can see I am making a couple a month so I am ready come holidays. I wish I was good at making pot holders they are my hard to do one with the insulated batting the hand binding comes very hard for me. I find so many of the pin cushions made here as so very fun but don't have any family who sews! what else are you making?
