Big mail day, today! Woo hoo. Received packages from BJSmith57, Scrappin18, Janice McC, WMUTeach, TravelingGramma, and QuilterJody! Only 7 or so left to come in. Thanks so much, ladies. Can't wait to open all of these in a few more days.

Be careful to keep your package thickness to 1/4" or less if you want it to go for the letter rate (cheapest). One of mine had to go back to the sender for more postage or repackaging, because it was thicker than 1/4".

Checking in, complete with pix. Here's my current project using 2 1/2" candy squares.

Some of the squares are cut from my scraps but the majority are ones I received from various swaps including last year's birthday candy square swap. This is jclinganrey's Scrappy Swoon Along on the challenge board. Others are making their blocks bigger but it was a no-brainer to use my already cut squares. I've completed Part 2 of the swap except that I haven't stitched my half-blue, half-cream'ish squares together to make the points of the star. As i'll have to make quite a few more of these, I'll probably do all the stitching together later to make sure I distribute the various blues evenly. Anyway, some of you may recognize your little pieces of fabric in the star!

Thank you Barbara Kibler and JCody! Got your packages today. That leaves only 5, and 4 of those have posted that they've mailed. Only two more days to wait to open them!

Janice, your swoon center looks great! I think I'll use my 2" squares and see how big they come out.

Hope that wasn't my envelope you had to return because of incorrect postage. PM me if it was and I will put another in the mail. It will be close to your special day if it was mine and I wait until I get it back to re-mail back to you.

No, it wasn't yours. Yours hasn't shown up yet, DD, but thanks for checking. No one need worry... if you haven't already heard from me about it then it wasn't yours.
