Good thing, mom's not on the QB, Sherry. She's going to love it.

Well, this past week-end was my guild's spring retreat and and got two UFO's quilted and the binding on. Just need to finish turning the binding under and hand sewing it in place. Ta-Da. Then I also cut and arranged a wheel-chair quilt. That should be fast since it is so small.

I finished the card trick block. Boy that was tricky for me.

I still didn't get all the points but I was close.

I've been remiss in posting finishes...here's mine. And I just love looking at everyone else's!
Scrappy wedding quilt for friend's son next month, military raffle quilt for June, MT#6 baby quilt, MT#3 original quilt for granddaughter, & granddaughter's UFO I finished for her & give to her for graduation too. So these 5 get me up to date till June...

Great finishes, Vicki....Thanks for sharing. My favorite is the first....the light colored middle borders make such a statement....

Your quilts are wonderful, Vicki. I love the scrappy blocks and the raffle quilt. But, I am especially intrigued with the baby quilt pattern. Looks easy but turned out so cute. Good for you being caught up until June.

This pattern and several variations of it are freebees online. I have made one as a way to use up an abundance of 2.5 inch squares. Love the fun of making the pile of smallish cuts just disappear. I gave it away and the gal who got it often tells me how much fun she is having looking at all the many different prints and colors. VickieM you are sure moving ahead on your UFOs. Congratulations of all of those finishes! Hip-Hip-Horrah!

Great job catching up on the ufos. I'm still struggling along. Today I put together the sampler blocks. Next comes the borders.

Another UFO off the list. This one isn't too old - it's the New Year's Day mystery from about.com this year, so it only took me 4.5 months to finish it. That's almost a record these days
