Thanks so much to all of you! I have been checking all of your great suggestions and will continue to do so.

This ebay site has it for about $13 a metre and it has shipping listed to Canada from UK at around $7 USD.

Which ebay site is that Ecufan? The one I looked at was much more expensive than that...oh, are you sure that it is $13. and not 13euros....which is quite close to double the Can.$. I got as far as paypal with my order from the ebay site mentioned by ManicaQuilter2 (thanks!)..when it gave the total with the exchange and shipping, it worked out to over $30. Can. per yard. Much as I want it, I felt that was a little excessive. Still trying! What about the rest of you....would you pay that much for $10-$12 a yard fabric?

Before I paid that much, it would have to be an essential, can't use anything else fabric and I would list a post on missingfabrics.com first to see if any shop or quilter has the perfect fabric I could buy from them.

Would you consider the white background? equilter.com has the white.

Try googling digital quilts to find ideas for using alternative fabrics?
