Hello everyone
Just a little note...we have had 4 birthdays celebrated in this group so far. None of the birthday recipients have received their packages on time. Our next birthdays (2) are fast approaching (may 20 & 21) let's try and get these packages on time to these ladies.
thanks have a great weekend.

Checking in. Didn't win at the casino, ugh, but it was their money! Dining with hubby was delightful, he gave me a sweet Mother's Day card. Made it home safe in all the rain.
Karen, Happy Belated Birthday, please post pics of your loot.
Barb, this contest is really racking my pea brain, but very interesting.
hugs,
dj

KarenG, Just received a PM from Barb that you did not receive charms from me. So I went back thru the posts to see if you had posted that you received them .... yep she was right, no post saying you had received my card. I mailed 2 weeks ago. I will put another in the mail tomorrow. Maybe one of them will show up before my 10 days is up. I am bummed that you didn't receive my birthday wishes on time. So sorry. Kinda out of my hands.

Hello to all! Have been having wonderful weather on the Eastern End of Long Island, New York. Enjoying being with my mom and helping her with the doctors, etc. Getting the last two booms into quilts. And also working on my landscape attempt on row robin. Closer to grandchildren and have scheduled visits next month for two of them. Nothing like being a gramma!

Wow! You did 30 Row by Row shops?! I would love to do that!
Ok, don't be too shocked...I'm going to put my thinking cap on and try the game!! I never get on the board at the right time...I have three patterns figured out so far...just two to go!

darn Trishb that is still over 6 hours away for me. That would be so fun if anyone from the board meets up...tell us!
There is a quilt shop hop that is going on all summer long. It is called "Row by Row Experience" go to the their website and it will show you a list of all the states and then shops that participate in it. I checked for Peoria shops and this one came up.
Prairie Points
8851 N. Knoxville Ave
Peoria, IL 61615
www.prairiepoints.net
But if you are traveling all the way from Oregon you better add on some extra days just for stopping at all the stores!
Last year I went to about 30 stores that had the "Row by Row Experience". They give you a free pattern and some times they have kits to purchase. I had a great time going to shops I had never been to before. I think it is a win-win for the shop owners...getting new customers. It doesn't start in until June 21. (last year it was July 1st) I wish they would make it starting on Memorial day.
Did anyone else collect patterns from the "Row by Row Experience" ???
Did you make anything with them???
I have a really nice collection of patterns and some kits but have not done anything with them YET!
