I'm going out to breakfast with my husband and kids, for a belated Mother's Day meal. The place we're going is fantastic! They usually have some kind of fancy pancake special. Last time I had lemon poppyseed pancakes with a raspberry sauce. Omg!
Then im off to a backyard quilting day. We are working on an applique quilt that's called "Catch a christmas star" so most of my day will be that!
I plan to finish my mini tomorrow....

Happy weekend everyone. I'm so excited I just noticed I have a feedback score. It's takes so little to excite me. Hope everyones weather is behaving. Don't think I've ever seen a yr. of weather like this. I think we've had the whole library of weather happening. I just pray that people of the states that are so affected are taken care of.
My weekend started out with having to call the rescue squad for my hubby. He came out of the bathroom last night and fell couldn't get his wind. Turns out he's got pneumonia. I kept asking him if he felt ok this last week and he said yes. The Dr. said this kind of pneumonia comes on very fast and especially with humidity. He says he's feeling better today. I sure wish it would have worked out to join the swap this time. Can't wait to see all of the mini quilts. I wish all a great weekend.

Gorgeous mini Jaba that you made for Jane! Worked on my mini most of the day, I just called it quits for the night. Hoping to get more done tomorrow in the hopes that it can be sent by the end of the week.
