    Default Granddayghter's Quilt

This is the quilt I made for my Granddaughter's high school graduation. She is going to college in August and will take it with her. It has special meaning for both of us because I made it for a tribute to her life-long courage in battling cystic fibrosis for 17 years and just had a double lung transplant, giving her new life. It a new life quilt.

Well, that is quite a beautiful tribute to her new life. Congratulations to both of you.
It is a lovely quilt for many reasons.

I am so happy she has new lungs and a new life! Your quilt is lovely! Be sure to put her name on it as things can disappear at college.

Glad she has gotten the transplant. New lungs, new life, new quilt.
