I never read the description.
I saw the paint job and my thought was "At $50 bring both home. The table can be stripped later. It's worth saving." You can't buy the walnut to make that stand for $50 and these people painted it. It's also a pretty nice stand. Singer produced some very nice furniture up until particle board took over some time during the mid century. This stand is earlier than that.

Sews I really wish I had the $25 for the second one. The missing cover plate might be a challenge to find though.
The value is somewhere in between to me. I see the $25 one as a bargain and the $200 one as being overpriced.
