Mailing the first two cards today. I have been making them myself and my secret item is used up!! I thought I had more.... I need to stop thinking. 
I'll fix that today and I'll mail the rest of septembers tomorrow? Really!! I'm just busy going crazy at the moment. <3

Well travelinggramma is just that a "travelin' girl"so all the questions have to do with traveling in our great nation!
1) name on state that we have had a birthday girl from.
2) What states nickname is: The Golden state?
3) What states nickname is: The Mitten state?
4) What states nickname is: The Empire state?
5) What states nickname is: The Show me state?

Hello September birthday girls! Finally, our month is here! TPR9258, I mailed your candies last week (I think it was Tuesday, August 25th). Please let me know if you received it yet....I'm hoping it arrives in time for your birthday TOMORROW! ! ! And, I hope you have a Great Day tomorrow!
I mailed the rest of the September birthday babies' candies today and the USPS estimated you'd all get them Friday (9/4)......so trish b, lv2sew2011, michellesews, WMUTeach, PeginCo and quilterJody.....be on the look-out for them.
I came back from vacation yesterday and was surprised to have some candies for my birthday in the mailbox. I will definitely wait until my day, but wanted to let you all know that I've received your candies safe and sound from:
Michellesews, n10sgrrl, bjsmith57, Rosemary Attaway, anoka quilter, maT, sewbizgirl, lv2sew2011, jaba, Patrick's Mom, and letsquilt. I also received from Broken Arrow OK (I think this is djmat ?) and another one from Platte City, MO (doesn't have a QB Name, so I'd better not try to guess)......if you know it's you, please let me know.
This has been such fun so far...I can hardly wait to open the candies! ! ! Happy September birthdays!

I am so sorry that I have not been on the board for over a week. I have been very busy...and every night before I would go to bed I would think "Oh I forgot to check the board". No excuses...just tired and busy.
So....I am glad that you all stepped up and help one another when addresses were changed and wrong (state..hope zip helped).
Lv2sew2011..looks like you are getting your packages...that's good!
If anyone has moved PLEASE make sure you let me know...even if you birthday has passed. I never would have thought to ask before posting an address if anyone has moved. Since this is a year long swap...a lot can happen.

Sewbizgirl...your quilt is lovely love the quilting that you did. And it is "SEW" nice of you to give it away. I would have a hard time giving it away too. I have given away the 2 quilts I have made from these squares...next one I am keeping it.
YEAHHHHHHH ...travelinggramma received ALL of her packages on time! You ladies ROCK...so like promised I am giving away 2 prizes for the contest that is posted above.
i am now going to get caught up on my PM now.
