Default working on appliqué quilt p.3

since it was pointed out to me that I need more of a space around the appliquéd flowers, I have added a 2 inch strip around the checkered border and I thing that helped. For the moment the long sides are appliquéd the rest is just pinned.
I will have to take another look at it tomorrow at day light and rethink the corners. not sure if I like the vines come together so close at the corners and 'sleep on it'
thanks for looking and all you comments

In my humble opinion, I think it's so sweet just as it is!

If this were mine...I think I would remove connecting leaves at the corners

I think its lovely as it is, but if you are concerned about the corners try what Basketman suggested and remove the leaves.
