Default My Farmer's Wife quilt is done!!!!

Hand pieced except for sashing and borders. It took me about four years working on it between other projects. It was quilted by a local quilt shop. I would love to have hand quilted it but at 73 I just wanted to see it finished and on my bed. I am very happy with.

Wow! Phenomenal! I'm working on the 30s version and it's a lot of fun. That is SO beautiful!

Lovely. There was a whole row of Farmer's Wife quilts at the Portland OR Expo last week, so fun to see them in all different color ways

Fabulous job! And all hand pieced; I bow to your perseverance! What an achievement and it is beautiful. I have longarmed two of these and I know how much work is involved with all those intricate little pieces and a few at some wild angles. FWS is on my bucket list but I will be machine piecing mine! Enjoy this wonderful quilt.
