The one my family has used for years is: 3 - 8 oz. pkgs cream cheese, softened - 2 pkgs (I use jars) dried beef, snipped with scissors to small pieces - 1 T Accent - 1 T worcestershire - 1 bunch green onions chopped, including a few tops. Mix and refrigerate overnight. Before serving, can be rolled in chopped pecans.

8 oz soft cream cheese, 1/4 cup real mayo, dash of tabasco, Tablespoon or so of dry parsley, minced onion. Can use elec. mixer. When combined, by hand, stir in a can of Hormel ham. Flake the ham with a fork before folding it in. The can is same size as a tuna fish can. The recipe can be changed up by adding 1/4 cup of shredded cheese. I put the final mixture in a Dollar Store Christmas coffee cup and wrap it up with saran for a hostess or neighbor gift.

CHEESE BALL (festive for Fall)
16oz cream cheese, room temp
2 cups cheddar cheese
3 tbsp minced onion
3 tbsp salsa
1 tsp ground cumin
2 cups nacho cheese chips, crumbled
top of 1 bell pepper for stem garnish
Combine ingredients; form into ball; place in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Before serving, roll in crumbled nacho chips, add top of bell pepper.
Serve with chips, pretzels, or vegetables.
This is a great-tasting cheese ball. For a Thanksgiving theme, you can cut off the top of a green pepper and it makes it look like a pumpkin, since the nacho chips are "orange" in color. Dipping pretzels is especially good. Enjoy.

I use one I found on line quite a few years ago. It's called Frosty the Cheeseball. It's shaped like a snowman. If you can't locate it on line (I think it was a Mr. Food recipe), message me and I'm try to locate it for you.

1 container Kaukauna spreadable cheddar cheese
1 medium onion, finely chopped
2 packages sliced ham, one package finely chopped
Mix together the cream cheese,
Kaukauna, onion, and chopped ham. Lay a slice of ham on a plate, then place the remaining slices around the first slice, overlapping the slices, reserving 1 slice. Place the cream cheese mixture in the middle, then lay the remaining slice on top. Bring the outer slices of ham up to cover the mixture, holding them in place with toothpicks. Chill overnight to firm up the cheeseball. Enjoy! ☺
