    Default Big Star Quilt

Finishing this just in time to wash and wrap for Christmas! I took it off the frame yesterday and have half of the binding on; it's the same red as the inner border. It's for my DDIL who wanted a BIG Christmas quilt. I can't wait to see how it crinkles up once it's washed. That's one of my favorite parts of quilting. I hope the ruler work around the stars make them pop.

She will love it, its beautiful! Did you buy that poinsettia fabric in the outer border recently? Do you have the name? I really like it.

Very pretty, I used to do this pattern all the time, then I branched out and it's been years. I still like the looks of it.
