Default Pressing Quilts

HI everyone, I am working with a panel that has been folded for several years now. Do you have any suggestions on what to do to get the wrinkles out? I used starch and that helped with 95 % of them. TIA

I would wash on gentle cycle then dry on low since it's been several years.

I would just give it an overnight soak. Sometimes I can seem to get the fold out of the middle of a piece of fabric.

I sometimes put a badly wrinkled piece of fabric in the bathtub and soak it for a bit. I don't wring it out as that just causes more wrinkles. I let the water drain out and leave it laying in the bottom of the tub until enough water has come out to hang it to almost dry. I then iron it completely dry.

There are wrinkle release products on the market, but a diluted white vinegar solution works too. Google it to get proportions.

Toss it in the dryer on low heat for 20 minutes with a damp towel.

I've heard that white vinegar in spray bottle with water--not sure of proportions though

Maybe try a damp towel laid over it overnight.
