    Default Bernina walking foot

I got an email from Bernina Las Cruses today with the foot of the month. It is the walking foot for Bernina at 25% off. It should also be on sale at your LQS, it is at mine.

The best time to buy Bernina feet when they have something off as they are quite pricey.

I have an older Bernina so I was delighted when I was able to buy an older version walking foot that was brand new on eBay. It is where I go for most of my supplies.

A walking foot is essential!. Sometimes you just need to 'bite the bullet'. I watch the BERNINA foot of the month sales and I have also bought feet on Ebay. But, if you are going to quilt by machine you do need the foot.

Is the walking foot for the Bernina that has a dual feed important to have?

Ctrysass2012-Thank you for sharing!! I am now the (relieved) owner of a new walking foot to go with my newly purchased vintage 830 Record.

I know they are pricey ,but so worth it I have had mine 25 years and it still going strong , it must of sewn over a "million" miles since I got it , never given me a minutes trouble.
