this is going to be gorgeous! I use a stiletto to pick off tiny pieces of paper, but I don't think leaving them intact will harm anything. I need to look at this pattern....it is very very tempting. And I LOVE the fabrics you have chosen! Carry on!

Trying to resist....too many UFO's that I promised myself to finish.....but.....love Wayne's method of setting this in a square! I wondered how it would be finished with all of those points....I like his finish, a lot!

Really, it's not hard. Some of the pieces are tiny LOL ... but it's pretty basic paper-piecing ... it will be the assembly that will drive me bonkers!

So frustrated!!!
So I mixed up one of the paper pieces ... AFTER ... I had sewn the first 3 pieces together of all of the wedges, and was almost done sewing the 10 wedges ...
I just spent three hours taking them all apart and sorting out which goes where ...
That will teach me to put something together at 10:30 at night!
At least I found the mistake before I had it done!
If you look at the stars ... they are missing an arm ... I was using the wrong piece!!!
