I like it. Sure doesn't look like a 4th quilt. Looks like someone who has been sewing for quite a while.

Very good quilt. What I have done when both sides are busy is write the label in the quilting on the front. With slight contrast, it is visible if someone wants to see it, but is not overly bold.

Since its for your granddaughter for Christmas I would put that information on the label -- something like -- made for a special granddaughter, _her name ____ Christmas, 2016 with love from grandma ______your name- city, state.
Name you give the quilt & care instructions are sometimes nice to add.
Or a simple label-- made for _________, Christmas 2016, by __________
