This is the very best t-shirt quilt I have ever see. Very well put together and a good idea, even for a panel type quilt with different types of pictures involved. Thank you for the tutorial.

After seeing a lot of shirt quilts your's is the best one - one that inspires me to make one. I will look forward to your step by step instructions! Thank-you for sharing.

I'm curious how you quilted this? I've got my own shadow-box (floating block?) top done but can't seem to figure out how to quilt it. I've searched the Board and the web for something other than SID but nothing is speaking to me. It's been done for over a month, laid out so I can see it every time I walk by, and still can't seem to make a plan. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks!

Cathy, I did not do a PDF as I don't know how! I can do a more step by step if that is what you are looking for. This is more a method than a true pattern.

As I recall (and can enlarge my picture!), I think I just meandered. I did have to avoid the plastic type logos making sure that they didn['t 'puff' out with too much outlining. I would think if you wanted to do each 'shadow' the same way with a similar design in each block. This might depend on the size/uniformity of your blocks. Since this one was all over the map with sizes, I decided to meader. This leaves the blocks to shine on their own w/o overpowering them with quilting. Hope this helps!

I love this. I think I might have to make a t-shirt quilt now by this method. I missed the instructions so will have to go back and read.
