I agree with what Judy said. I'd like to see one with the blocks set directly together. If someone has four or more blocks set together, would you please post a pix to give others inspiration? This block lends itself to so many different options!
KK, DOT, Diane all are soooo pretty! Jeanie G yours reminds me of a Christmas present! How cool is that!

I got one block completed. The parts are together for the others; I just need to join them to make 9-patches.

Here's mine, still haven't decided how to quilt it. Up close you can really see all the blue in the focus fabric and the border, but further away the blue is a little overwhelming to me. Hoping the quilting may "quiet" it down some.

Jaba, you might consider tea dying or the like if you still aren't pleased. That should calm the blue a little.

JABA, I agree and would use blue for the binding, which would also cause it to blend more. But, I think its very pretty!

AngeliaNR that is beautiful. Don't forget to post again when its done.

KK I like that combo.

Angelia---so very striking, very Christmassy. I love how your cornerstones stand out.

Jaba--That's wonderful I love the blue in it.

I always amazes me the different flavors there are in these mysteries.
