oh my! i received the cutest, most creative postcard from Lena1952. It is in celebration of Bubble Bath Day which is January 8th. the bubble bath is a tulle piece. the stitching so small. it's a keeper!

Argh. My post card is on hold for at least 3 days. I am camped out on a hospital couch. Mom has pneumonia. again... She is going to be ok. She is responding to the meds already. If I leave she gets agitated. I do have to tell you the two young men who tried to change her diaper last night were a hoot. They tried several times but it never was right. All that and then they moved her to a room where the nurses took a look and busted up laughing. It was on backwards and wet again already. They flooded her with IVs. She is so small and anything she has to wear in a hospital won't fit a goat.

miriam, just got through my 2nd bout of pneumonia, which wasn't fun but not as dire as your mom's situation.
Hoping for the very best outcome and it's plain you haven't lost your sense of humor! I've spent a great deal of time on hospital couches myself so that's quite a feat, keeping your humor. Best wishes.

This is a very nice couch but it is about 4 ft long... She might get out of here later today. Weird thing - she is her old self.... She is agile but shakey. If she rings the nurse and wants to move that nurse better hop to it or she will climb or crawl out of where ever she is contained and set off the chair alarm. That gets quick attention... Right now she is looking at a menu choosing between all that chopped up mystery food. I told her to close her eyes and point - it's all the same with different names.
