    When I could not find rug grip I used the plastic rough lining for kitchen cabinets in our sail boat. Keeps dishes from slipping. Sorry, don't remember the brand name, but purchased at home centers.

    Non-skid shelving works also. Walmart sells non-skid for rugs in their home dept. Velcro on the bottom of the rug and top of the non-skid would help keep the rug and non-skid backing in place with each other.
