    I really appreciate that you showed your 'design board'! I am just learning to quilt using a mid-arm, and really had no idea of how much planning goes into setting up to quilt and deciding how to quilt a specific top! I continue to learn so much here!

    We don't know why the feelings between the niece and the aunt (customer) but this may be that little /llarge gift that brings them a little closer. Beautiful quilt and love how you quilted it.

    Thanks so much for answering my question so quickly and precisely. I thought that's what you might have been doing but just wanted to confirm. It seems to have worked out very well and looks fantastic. It's great that you included that photo of your "process" so we can learn also.
