Since OP hasn't answered yet, thought I would say that the Lorie Holt pattern book, Farmgirl Quilts, gives instructions for two sizes of blocks, 6 1/2 and 12 1/2 for each pattern. It is a great book that gives ideas for various ways to use the blocks including different quilt settings, wall hangings and table runners.

They have 6 1/2 inch blocks or the 12 1/2 blocks in the book. You can choose which size to do them. I did the 12 1/2 as I wanted to make a big quilt out of them.

Sash-there are some additional blocks like the cake that can be purchased. I found them at the Fat Quarter Quilt shop on line.
