About the pick up in store service at JOANN
*When the program just started, the learning process was a little messy. Please give people a chance to learn and accomplish new things.
*The particular service is available only to product that is actually in the store. It really is a personal shopping service. If you order something that is not available, you will not be charged.

I have used the pick up quite a few times. Joann's tends to drive me nuts with their pricing, cheaper online but it is in stock at the store. I will do it for the better price. It has always worked very well for me.
