Does she have a special interest or decorating theme to help you with decisions? You might consider making a special one with her favorite colors or theme. There are so many different trees to make.. . Hopefully, it will get you "out" of trouble. Yikes!

Think of embellishing with buttons or holiday items to add interest. Fun project!

Do you have an embroidery machine? Lots of fun designs for that too. Let us know how it goes.

I just saw a cute one in the Company Store catalog that would be easy to make. It was a Christmas tree wall hanging with round ornament pockets for the goodies. Of course the ornaments had numbers on them.

Nancy, I have a daughter who is like yours too. Not really "trouble" but I get it. I made the sweetest advent calendar a few years back. Let me see if I can find where I bought the pattern from. My grandson who is now 12 still loves it and insists it get on the wall each December.
