I mailed out the center to Kathryn today! Hopefully it makes it's way across the pond in good time and with no problems! I can't wait for my next round...gotta go back to check what I'm getting!

Well, I've made all the blocks for Mel's border, and sewed the first strip. But I didn't like how my points matched, so I picked it apart. Since I'm working the next 4 nights, I definitely won't get it out on time, but it shouldn't be too late.

Thanks Patti! Since I'm down to the last little bits (mostly) of unpacking, I'm hoping that I can get completely caught up on my quilting obligations by this time next week. Wouldn't that be sweet!!

Ok, so here is monsieur le coq in all his glory!
It was supposed to go out last Monday, but one of the corners was giving me trouble. It's still not quite as good as I would have liked it to be, so I'll continue to fuss with it a bit tonight, and he will be in the mail tomorrow :D
